From single panels to full elevations

Some cladding jobs are a handful of damaged or loose panels that can be replaced by rope access in days. Others are full-elevation replacement programmes with engineers, certifiers and fire consultants involved, where scaffold or a mast climber is the right tool.

We’ll tell you honestly which one your building needs and plan the work accordingly.

What we do

Working safely around occupied buildings

Cladding work often happens on buildings where people live and work. We plan exclusion zones below every work area, manage materials carefully at height, and notify residents and tenants before works begin. Removed panels are handled and disposed of in line with the project’s requirements.

Where panels are being replaced as part of a wider remediation, we work to the approved design and documentation and keep your consultants updated at each stage.

How we approach remedial work

1. Investigate. Close inspection, often by rope access, plus testing, scanning or controlled breakout where needed, with a photo report.
2. Scope and price. A clear, staged quote based on what we actually found, with any engineer hold points built into the programme.
3. Repair. Works carried out to the specification, with the least possible disruption to residents and tenants.
4. Close out. Photos of completed works, product details and any recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
