Omnia holds NSW Contractor Licence 471024C for painting and decorating. That means the same people who access your building by rope are qualified to prepare surfaces, choose the right system and apply it properly, not just hang off a rope with a roller.

We handle everything from a single colour-matched elevation after a repair to a full exterior repaint of an apartment building.

Preparation is everything

1. Inspect the substrate and existing coatings; test adhesion where needed.
2. Wash down, scrape, sand and treat mould or chalking.
3. Repair cracks and failed sealant before painting. We are a remedial contractor too.
4. Prime and apply the specified system, drop by drop, with ground protection in place.
5. Final inspection and close-out with photos of the completed elevations.
