- IRATA-certified technicians, trained and assessed at defined levels
- Two independent ropes on separate certified anchors for every drop
- Technicians always work in pairs, in line with IRATA guidelines
- A rescue plan and rescue-capable team on every job
- Equipment inspected before every use and on a recorded schedule
- Anchor certification checked before rigging
On the ground
- Exclusion zones and signage below every work area
- Resident and tenant notices before works start
- Job-specific safe work method statements (SWMS)
- Clean, tidy sites and safe pedestrian routes
