Why bin rooms need attention

Bin rooms are small, enclosed and warm: the perfect place for odours, spills and pests. Missed collections leave bins overflowing and residents frustrated, and a dirty bin room can attract cockroaches and rodents to the rest of the building.

Regular washdowns, deodorising and reliable bins-out and bins-in keep the bin room under control and stop it becoming the building’s most common complaint.
