In most apartment buildings, residents can’t safely clean the outside of their windows, and fixed glazing, stairwell windows, atriums and lobby glass are nobody’s job at all. Over time that glass dulls with salt, dust and hard-water marks.

Our technicians descend each elevation and clean external glass, frames and sills in a single pass. The result is a building that looks cared for and residents who notice the difference.

Scheduled or one-off

Many strata and commercial clients book window cleaning quarterly or twice a year as part of a recurring maintenance plan. We also do one-off cleans before an AGM, a sale campaign or the end of a building project. Ground-level and low-rise glass is covered by our standard window cleaning service.
