The best remedial work starts with finding out what’s really going on. We typically run a short investigation stage first: a close inspection by rope, scanning or controlled breakout where needed, and a photo report. That way the repair scope and price are based on facts, not guesses.

Where an engineer is involved, we build their inspection hold points into the programme and work to their specification.

• Removing cracked, drummy and loose render back to sound substrate and re-rendering to match
• Concrete spalling and exposed reinforcement: see concrete repairs
• Movement joints, backing rod and flexible sealant replacement
• Window seals, flashings and window repairs
• Bar chair (reinforcement chair) rust spots and repairs
• Make-good painting to match the surrounding finish
