Why common areas matter

Lobbies, corridors and stairwells are shared by everyone, so they’re also where complaints start. Dust on the mailboxes, marks on the lift doors or cobwebs at the entry send a message to residents and visitors that the building isn’t being looked after.

A consistent cleaning schedule keeps shared spaces presentable, reduces wear on carpets and hard floors, and helps the building feel well run, which matters to owners, tenants and prospective buyers alike.

How we work in occupied buildings

  • The same crew where possible, so residents and staff know who’s on site
  • Visits scheduled around residents, trading hours and collection days
  • Quiet, tidy work with floors, lifts and entries protected
  • Photo confirmation of each visit and anything that needs attention
  • One point of contact for the building or strata manager

Part of a maintenance plan

This service can be booked on its own or bundled into a weekly, fortnightly or tailored maintenance plan: one contractor, one schedule and one invoice for your whole building.

Common questions

Can’t see your question? Call us on 0452 506 292.

Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. We bring our own equipment and products, and can use low-odour options where residents are sensitive.

Can you clean carpets and hard floors more deeply?

Yes, periodic deep cleans can be added to the schedule, and we can arrange floor coatings for car parks and bin rooms.

How often should common areas be cleaned?

Most residential buildings choose weekly or fortnightly; high-traffic buildings may need more.
