Why a close-up inspection
Binoculars and drones show you the outline of a problem. A technician on the wall can tap render for drumminess, check sealant adhesion, look behind cladding fixings and spot early concrete cancer before it spalls.
The result is a report you can use: what’s wrong, where it is, how urgent it is, and what it will take to fix. It’s ideal for capital works planning, defect claims and AGMs.

No, it complements one. Where structural questions arise we recommend engaging an engineer, and we can provide access for them.
