Maintenance plans
Weekly, fortnightly or tailored plans for the whole building.
ViewFix it before it breaks. Our programs combine everyday building care with scheduled inspections from ground level to the roofline, so problems are caught early and budgets stay predictable.
Most maintenance contractors stop at the ground floor. Most rope access companies never touch the bin room. We do both, so your program can include weekly care of common areas and gardens and periodic rope access inspections of the facade, roof, gutters and anchors. Nothing at any height gets missed.
A blocked gutter costs little to clear; the water damage it causes can cost thousands. A failed sealant joint is a small repair; the leak, mould and angry residents are not. Planned maintenance spreads costs evenly, supports the capital works plan and protects the value of the building. Read more on protecting property value
It depends on the building size, services and frequency. We price each program after a walk-through so you only pay for what the building needs.
